Orders & Shipping Policy
You can shop online via our authorized I Do Collection retailers. I Do Bridal Collection is sold only through exclusive Independent Retailers that will be able to offer you excellent service, selection, special pricing, customization options, sizing and after purchase services. We encourage you to select the nearest jeweler to service your fine jewelry needs. Once you select retailer and proceed to checkout then you will be redirected to authorized I Do Collection Retailer’s Website along with your Shopping Bag Styles. If you Shop through the I Do Collection website only then No returns, sizing or customization available and delivery time is appx. 8-12 weeks.
Most items on our website are in-stock and ready to ship. Exceptions include rings and jewelry that require sizing and special order items. Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Some materials, sizes and custom designs must be special ordered from the manufacturer. Requesting Item in any other size may add additional processing time & service charges and may require some additional time for fulfillment.
All special orders, styles requiring sizing or non-standard stock sizes, non-stock styles and styles that must be special ordered from the manufacturer require payment when the order is placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you place your order. We are able to ship orders within the United States only. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address. A physical street address and a signature upon receipt are required for delivery.

Diamond Carat Weight
When it's time to buy jewelry, we want to help you make an informed decision. We
certify that your jewelry purchase is made with authentic gold or platinum with
genuine diamonds and/or gemstones as per the quality promised by Ashi.
One thing you'll want to know is the carat weight of your diamond(s).
Of course, no two diamonds are exactly alike. Each is cut to maximize its natural
beauty. In the process of diamond cutting, stones are sorted by the resulting diamond
weight using the decimal system. To give you the best selection and price, our diamonds
fall within a range appropriate to each fractional carat weight listing. The difference
may not be visible to the naked eye, but we know it's important to you. That's why

Ashi also uses treated or enhanced gemstones. Most natural precious and
semi-precious gemstones are treated or enhanced to intensify color, diminish imperfections
